Shipping Information 

All our products are professional stored, prepared and packed with care for shipping by the competent team of Medical Logistics in Mechelen, Belgium.   

Shipped from Belgium and delivered to your door by DHL within 3-5 working days 

The shipping rate is calculated during the check-out at your order process. A tracking number is provided to your email address as soon as the consignment is handed over to DHL.  

All on stock orders are dispatched on the same day if ordered before 14:00 h CET from Belgium. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day 

International deliveries  

Delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Any fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs implied and other required import formalities by your country’s customs are the sole responsibility of the importer / buyer. Legal restrictions apply for concerned products and / or countries.  
 

Not at home? 

If you are not available to receive your consignment at the time of delivery, a note will be left at your address request you to contact the courier directly to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or pick it up in person from the specified location. You will then have 21 days to collect your consignment before it is returned to us as not deliverable.  

We do not resend packages that are returned to us as not deliverable. We will refund you for the value of the products ordered but not for the delivery charge.  

Wrong address? 

If your consignment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. 

Lost consignment? 

consignment is considered lost if it has been in the delivery system for a period of 15 working days for EU orders and 21 working days for international orders. We are unable to dispatch a replacement until the loss of consignment is confirmed by the postal service. We cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery. 

Returns according to European Consumer Law? 

Please inform us by email at [email protected] or via the contact form at our website www.xeuber.eu/contacts  if you wish to return your consignment within 14 Calendar days according to the European consumer law. You will receive a return note and / or pick-up information by email. 

Product returns are entirely at the risk of the customer. Please use always traceable transport methods. Xeuber Ltd. is not liable for any transport damages or loss of consignment.  

Acceptation of the returned product shall be confirmed upon receipt and inspection of the goods at our warehouse and your payment shall be credited / paid back within 14 Calendar days after receipt and acceptation of the goods. Return of payments shall be via the same way the payment was received by Xeuber Ltd.  

We cannot accept hygiene articles without their original package nor with broken or damaged original packages. We can not accept damaged items or incomplete items 

Returns for warranty reasons.  

Please inform us by email at [email protected] or via the contact form at our website www.xeuber.eu/contacts  if you wish to return your consignment for warranty reasons. Please describe the error / issue for our pre-evaluation.  You shall receive a return note and / or pick-up information by email.

The warranty terms of the manufacturer shall apply. It will be to the manufacturer’s discretion to repair or replace the product. You will receive a return note and / or pick-up information by email.  

All shipping cost shall be charged to the customer in case the issue is found a non warranty issue.  

The standard warranty of consumer products is 24 months from the date of delivery for European consumers.  

The standard warranty of consumer products is 12 months from the date of delivery for Non-European consumers and European business consumers (B-to-B) alike. Or as otherwise agreed within the B-to-B agreement if any.   

Payment Information 

We accept major credit and debit cards and payment methods recognized by Stripe payment systems.  

Payments are handled and securely processed via Stripe payment system in an SSL (secure socket layer) environment. Your browser should change the preceding of the URL from http//: to https:// showing that the connection is safe.
